The Vicious Love

Under the sunlight a girl in her one shoulder cut out swimsuit made all the male around her look at her, some with lust, some with affection and some with amusement in their eyes. She was the queen of men's hearts, but nobody won her heart yet. So far, she hasn't fallen for anybody yet.

As she walked towards her room her cell phone beeped. She smiled sinisterly as she saw the message on the screen and walking in she looked at the file that was on the table. It was time she needed to start working on her mission. Enough with the enjoyment, her only purpose to come back to Los Angeles was to execute it as soon as possible.

In thirty minutes she got ready and after getting her luggage she left the hotel.

There were two men standing outside of the SUV that was waiting for her. As soon as they saw her, one opened the car door for her and the other man reported,"Miss, I've just got the news, Mr. Dalton Grigorus will announce his son's engagement with Actress Dianna in a media conference tomorrow."

"This old man is being too impatient, I see. Call Mr. Sama and tell him our plan B right now.", As she said it the man nodded his head,"Ok Miss."

The Next Day

"Boss, Mr. Dalton is going to announce your engagement with Actress Dianna tonight.", A man in his thirties looked at his secretary, Lucas coldly as he heard him. He told his father Mr. Dalton, to not to pressurise him but he never listened and now he was even going to announce to the whole world that his son, Braylon was going to be engaged with Dianna. Braylon never had an interest in her but his dad was head over heel in letting them get married.

Throwing the magazine on the table Braylon stated in rage,"Doesn't he know I won't go? Why is he so much into letting us get married, I just don't understand."

"He said you must go whether you… want or… no-t…", Lucas's voice startled. He couldn't think of what his boss could do once he was angry. His boss, Braylon always threw things on the floor whenever he was angry. Lucas just didn't want to get into trouble when his boss was angry.

"Boss, should I get a…", Lucas's voice trembling when his boss said in a cold tone,"We're going to join him tonight."

"But bos…", Lucas lowered his eyes as he saw Braylon to look at him with anger in his eyes. "Get lost!", He ordered. Within a second he ran out of the room. He thanked God that Braylon didn't break his phone just like last time. Though he would buy him a new one later but the old one is gold. As precious as his late girlfriend, oh she didn't leave him nor cheated him but she died. There were so many memories of them in his old cell phone but within a second Braylon threw it over the bridge and Lucas cried for seven days in mourning.

Braylon was made with ice, all the time he looked like an angry bird. He was arrogant, heartless and dominant.

Losing his mother at a young age, Braylon became a very lonely person. He couldn't accept someone else as his mother, when his dad married another woman he chose to not talk to his dad until he was twenty two years old.

After being the CEO of his dad's company he turned into an iceberg. There were employees who were afraid of him, they wouldn't dare to go to his office. Even his secretary Lucas was quite scared sometimes.

"Choose some casual party wear for me.", Calling Lucas he ordered him.

He was going to see how his dad would make the announcement when he would disagree and reject Miss Dianna in front of the whole world. It was not him who wanted to marry her, he made it clear to Dianna long ago that he was not interested in her but she herself came with the idea of getting ashamed for her foolishness and over smartness.

Well, over smartness my ass!!!!!

It was evening when Braylon was supposed to go to the party but he was sitting on the chair in his office acting as if he had nothing else to do except taking a rest.

In the party, Mr. Dalton was talking to some businessman, it was almost thirty minutes but Braylon was nowhere to be seen. He made his assistant clearly tell his son to be at the party at time but where was he?

"Uncle, Ben didn't arrive yet…",. A beautiful girl in her twenties asked him. Her off shoulder mermaid gown was absolutely perfect for her, as if it was made only for her.

Mr. Dalton had long wanted her to be his daughter in law. He couldn't understand why Braylon always rejected her when she was such a great girl for him. Beautiful, elegant, well educated, every man wanted a wife like her but there, Braylon never even took a look at her.

People in the party were gossiping about her. When Mr Dalton heard people gossiping about her he smiled,"He's on his way. Don't worry." She smiled. She had been waiting for this day, approaching him was really hard, and that's why she had to approach his father Mr Dalton. Once his dad said something he wouldn't be able to knock it off, it was a great idea. She knew it. She knew Braylon wouldn't be able to make his dad angry and buy his own grave himself.

Braylon already reached the party but instead of going to meet his father he was at the balcony. Party like this was boring, what good it was he didn't know. And tonight, his dad prepared to make him a scapegoat. He was not so stupid, he knew all his dad wanted was fame. And marrying Dianna her dad would let his second daughter marry Peter, Mr. Dalton's second son. So if Braylon would marry her his dad would get to let his second son's wishes come true.

"Mom, please. I don't really want to marry him, please mom…", a girl wearing a burgundy round neck princess dress was pacing back and forth on the balcony while talking to someone on the call. As he happened to be there, he stayed quiet and eavesdropped. Unconsciously he walked towards her, he didn't see her face yet he was attracted to her voice.

As he was closer to her footsteps he heard her panicked voice saying,"Please, I beg you. Don't do this to me please, Mom."

"But mom, I'm only 20 years old. You can't sell me like this. I'm not a toy. Hello? Mom? Hel…", She sounded slow as the other person over the call hung up.

She was like a person whose soul left her body just now.

He heard her crying. She sat on the floor hugging herself tightly. Seeing her movements he was curious to see her.

He was quiet so she wouldn't know he was there. For some minutes two unknown people were there, one was silent while watching, the other one was crying and the other one was crying, unaware of the fact that someone behind her was watching her.

All of a sudden she got up and turned around and hit her head on a muscular chest. As if it was some wall, she thought she hit her head on the wall. To confirm it she touched the wall, but she felt a person's heart was beating. She tried feeling the rhythm of the heartbeat. Surprised, she looked up and winked her eyes. "Who… who are you?", she asked, startling.

It was the first time he saw her. He was quiet, his eyes fixed on her innocent face.

As if she was the most beautiful girl in the universe, she looked like an angel, he kept looking at her. Those kissable lips of her, her round shaped green eyes and how beautiful she was, were attracting him towards her.

It felt different. He had an unfamiliar feeling that he had never felt before, and it was unknown to him. "Same goes for you.", Shooing away his thoughts about his unfamiliar feeling he decided to stay as he was, a rude man. She pushed him away with her finger,"You were probably eavesdropping and that's why…"

"Why would I do so? Do I know you?" She thought he would be talking gently with her and crazy about her once he would see her but he was quite arrogant. So what? She was prepared too.

"Men don't need to know women. They are ready to give many excuses once they see a beautiful woman.", She said, looking away.

"Same goes for girls. I think you were looking at me and were thinking of giving excuses once getting caught by me. What? Never saw a handsome man before?", Really? Was he kidding!

"A man is handsome when he has an attractive personality, good sense of clothing and polished behavior. Physically we define a person handsome when he is good looking, tall, sharp featured, well built, balanced weight, intelligent. A handsome man with intellectual touch avoids loose talking, indecency and rudeness." Someone said, But to Braylon, it was not really so. He was arrogant and rude most of the time, he was moody yet everybody wanted to work with him. In the business world he was a role model for many.

If he would be like the royal definition of handsome man he wouldn't be talking rudely with girls, whenever his dad set a blind date for him he not only went to meet the girl out of respect but he told her what she was lacking in to marry him. There was even a girl who cried at the scene and she said she hated him.

At the moment she opened her mouth to say another word her cell phone started ringing. Her facial expression changed immediately as she looked at the screen.

"But are you ok? Miss.", She heard him asking. Without responding she walked past him, she seemed terrified.

It was unlikely. Caring for an unknown woman? Even following her was never a choice in his dictionary but Braylon followed her…
