Princess Moana is in deep thought, she has no autonomy to move around the ocean like other merfolks in the ocean

She was told that her birth caused her mother to die and it bring turmoil to the ocean

Many merfolks died on the day of her birth, a prophecy goes forth that her birth brought this disaster and she has to be in bondage with no freedom to go outside the room where she's caged.

She has no right to leave the palace, princess Moana has been living her life like this since her first day inside the ocean

Maiden Kai entered her room with some vegetables and fruits put inside a seaplate for her to eat, she declined that she is not eating.

Had you forgotten what today denote she asked Kai, her maiden

Kai's has been the only she had, she gave her listening ears, she has been there for her like a father, mother, and a companion

Kai has forgotten what today conveys, she twitched her tail illustrating that she didn't know it.

Princess Moana frowned her eyes instantly, you mean you have forgotten the saddest day of my life. she replies

Kai's remembered suddenly and moves closer to princess Moana, it might be true that you lost your mother today and you were born into the ocean this fateful day 18 years ago yet don't forget there is a reason water gave this beautiful and radiant princess to us, Kai's uttered And hugged Princess Moana

And whispered "happy birthday " which princess Moana smile's widely

She dropped the food brought for princess Moana on the couch made of sea tree in front of princess Moana

She told princess Moana that she's coming, she went out of her tiny room with no ray of light to brighten her room, yet princess Moana's tail is full of sunlight, it gave rays of light into the room which is a secret between her and her maid kai.

No one comes into her room even though she is living inside the palace, the present queen is her birth mother sister

She allowed Moana to live in the palace because of this, she has a daughter which Moana is older by year, her name is princess maraja. she is proud and addresses every merfolk in the ocean as her slave

She is the crown princess of the ocean, everyone feared her a lot.

Kai went into her room to steal some seashell to adorn princess Moana with it

With no adornment, princess Moana is the most beautiful mermaid in the ocean

She entered her chamber feeling scared of being caught, yet she has no option than to search for it

She wants to make princess Moana happy, she searched every that her seashell is been kept, she had no glimpse of any

She get frustrated after checking all in the closet in princess maraja chamber, she was about to retire back to princess Moana when she heard a sound of a tail swimming in

She quickly hide under the seabed of princess maraja, she entered with her maid called cari

Cari quickly arranged the seabed neatly for princess maraja to sit upon, she felt something is under the bed yet she couldn't examine more because her princess is standing and she hated to be delayed whenever she want to rest her, princess maraja lay on the bed, she asked cari to removed the seashells used to adorn her hair

She has long hair but is not as beautiful and radiant as princess Moana.

The maid is stretching her hair after removing the seashells on it

I want you to make use of the soil I bought for my hair last week to caress it, she stated

Kai's is feeling discomfort where she hide's and couldn't control the discomfort, she sneezed

Princess maraja was the first person to healthcare sneeze, she shouted and yelled on thinking she was the one

Can't stop stretching her hair and knelt instantly, she declined the false accusation.

Princess maraja told her if she is the one lying here, she asked her to stand up, and it should not be repeated which car nodded, bowed, and stood up

Cari was filled with tension and fear, she knew what maraja is capable of, she felt relief and continued stretching her hair

Subsequently, Kai sneezed again which maraja stood up and called the other maid standing outside her room to feed her the ocean warriors

Cari is already on her knees, am not the one, she's pleading

kai has to surface from her hiding, she can't allow a mermaid-like her to get punished for her deed.

Princess maraja looked fierce and fury immediately Kai resurface.

She asked the merman that arises to take to the ocean warrior to be thrown into ogbe ​room, the room is a place where merfolks has no access to water

Many merfolks that are thrown into this room died after the second day.

She has the audacity of coming into my Chambers, she keeps saying to all the maid

Any maid that passes beyond their boundary will feel my wrath, she stated angrily

She knows that mermaids need water to survive yet of her bully personality she didn't care. she asked ocean warrior to throw her into the Ogbe room

Princess Moana became worried, where could she have gone. hope she hasn't got herself into trouble because of me.princess Moana in thought

Princess Moana is known as Kai used to steal seashell from maraja to adorn her on her birthday

This is why she became worried, she has gone for hours yet no sight of her,

she is panicking inside the room she was

She could have searched for her, she is banned from leaving the room, she had to wait till twilight

She goes out during twilight times when everyone is sleeping.

'*****Flashback, Sometimes ago she was very sick and she need to be inside the water for some time to get healed

It was during the period she found out that, she has the power to hypnotize other merfolks

She swam deep that day, she has to remain inside the ocean for a long period

It was twilight in the sea, she swam deep and saw a land afar with no water, she became bizarre and swam reached the land, she hide inside the water

She saw a young guy crying beside the sea, shouting mummy

She was 8 years old then, she felt the anguish in the heart of the young boy, as a mermaid she can feel the content of human heart, she watched the boy till she lost track of time

By the time she realized she has been watching the boy for a long time and its daylight

She swam back faster than her reaching to avoid merfolks seeing her, by the time she reached the palace the Merfolks are open-eyed

She was confused and afraid of what to do next, she wished people will not see her until she reached her chambers

Instantly merfolks freezes, she swam into her room with no one seeing her sealing, she reached the room before the merfolks I freeze

This is how she learned of a new power she had, which one knows except Kai
