"Of course not, I'm young and I'm going to get a good job..." I wrote in the message.

I turned off the notebook and decided to go to the kitchen to make myself a snack, I'm alone and apparently it will be like this the whole night, my mother has no way, she lives for work.

And no... I don't belong to high society... I'm poor, my mother works in a bar at night to supplement our income, because the pension my father left us for being in the army is not enough to keep our house, my 7-year-old younger brother, and not even a good college for me.

Seeing my mother's suffering made me want to be a better person, it made me create courage and decide, at the age of 18, to leave home and try an opportunity in the state of São Paulo.

I downloaded WhatsApp on the computer and started chatting with him, and so we continued, he knows everything about me, my financial situation, he knows that my father was in the army and he also knows that I am going to work in a big company in São Paulo.

He never sent me a picture of him, but he always made it clear that he is not a pedophile, he said to talk to me because he feels good and that it is easier to trust a person like me than the ones around him.

Like him, I didn't tell him my real name, he knows me as Lua... but my name is Luana. Maybe he deduces that it's just a nickname, but I preferred it that way because he denied me a simple photo.

After finishing eating, I put the plate and glass on the table and turned off my computer, when I was going to bed my mother arrived with my little brother.

Breno is younger, he stays with the neighbor while my mother works, she says I have no obligation to take care of him, even if it's for a few hours and then he goes to sleep, he prefers to pay someone and whenever she leaves, he stops by and behind him.

I ran downstairs to tell my mother that she had already arranged all the details of the trip.

"Hi mom, how was work?" I asked giving him a kiss on the forehead and ruffled my brother's hair. "And then, little one..."

"Tiring and stressful..." She smiled weakly. "Honestly, my daughter... I can't take this routine anymore, you know?!"

"Calm down mom, it will be for a short time." I smiled and sat down next to her. "I fixed the details with Vi... I'm going to São Paulo on Tuesday morning."

"Are you sure, my daughter?" She asked worriedly. "You just turned 18, you're still a child."

"Mom, I'm an adult... I have to take advantage of opportunities." I said smoothing my natural blonde hair. "Besides, I'm going to live with Vi, I won't pay anything until I'm getting paid, mom..."

"But, my daughter, do you think your salary will be enough to help me financially and still stay in a big city?"

"Even if I run out of 1 real, but I'll help you and I'll send things to Breno..." I said confidently.
