Jace growled loudly and every one immediately kept quiet. "I am your Alpha! And she is now my mate," he pointed to the girl huddling in fear. "Your Luna. Take her in."
"Lemme go." She pleaded. "Please, Alpha Jace, please." Her cries continued until she was roughly bounded inside.
"Anybody has something else to say?" Jace fiery eyes swung around the gathering.
They all bowed. "No, Alpha."
"Good. You may continue."
When he entered the room later on, Margaret was still crying.
"Stop your weak sniffling," he said coldly.
Margaret nodded fearfully. Not once in her life had she imagined that she would be mated to the cold, blood thirsty Alpha. When she was in school, she and her friends had imagined who his mate would be and had felt immense pity for her, not knowing she would be the one.
What had she done wrong to offend the goddess to get this kind of fate? She asked bitterly inside of her.
"Come here." Jace ordered.
She nodded quickly and stood, her head bowed demurely.
"Look at me."
She promptly raised her eyes to meet his, trying her best not to look away. He was beautiful. With sharp jaws and icy gray eyes, he looked like a model Vogue would die to get.
He walked towards her and ripped her shirt and bra apart in two. She gasped as her breasts sprang free.
Jace stared at them for a few moments while she tried to avert her face shyly. They were ample breasts, large and swinging low.
"Take off the rest of your clothes."
She complied, all the while still looking away from him. When she got out of the clothes, she tried to cover her vagina.
"Do you want me to cut off those hands?"
"N-no, Alpha." She said hastily, removing her hands.
"Go and take your bath, and I expect to find you waiting for me on the bed before I get back. Naked."
"Y-Yes, Alpha."
****
"Didn't I tell you to be naked when I get back in?"
"I w-was c-cold, Alpha."
"You dare to go against your Alpha's order?"
"N-no, Alpha. I'm sorry. I was cold."
"Get up. And take of those damned clothes. NOW!" He roared.
"Y-yes, Alpha."
When she was done, he grabbed her hand and pulled her out the door.
She struggled in his grip. "Please, Alpha. Please. I promise to not go against your order again. Please, Jace."
He stopped abruptly. "What did you just call me?"
"Sorry, A-alpha." She quickly apologized. Margaret could see he was very angry, his eyes were turning red, like his wolf wanted to come out.
He grabbed her jaw in a strong grip, and his scent pervaded her nose. "I am your Alpha. Your Lord. And you will address me as such. Do you understand me?"
She nodded quickly. "Y-yes. I promise not to forget."
He continued pulling her. They got to a door and he opened it.
Margaret could see heavy chains on the floor. Before she could blink, he'd secure the cuffs of the chain on her wrists and tied the chains around the hanging poles jolting from the ceiling.
"Please, Alpha Jace, I promise to obey you from now on," she wept.
But he did not answer. He slammed the door on her cries.
"I can torture you to the verge of death, Skylar, but just barely, so you're hanging between the crossroads of the two worlds. Or I could kill you, bring you back, and kill you again. Or would you like to battle demons, seen only by you? Pick one."
Everyone in town knew Amelia had chased Jaxton for years, even etching his initials on her skin. When malicious rumors swarmed, he merely straightened his cuff links and ordered her to kneel before the woman he truly loved. Seething with realization, she slammed her engagement ring down on his desk and walked away. Not long after, she whispered "I do" to a billionaire, their wedding post crashing every feed. Panic cracked Jaxton. "She's using you to spite me," he spat. The billionaire just smiled. "Being her sword is my honor."

Hidden for years by the state despite a fortune worth billions, Grace bounced through three foster homes. At her fourth stop, the wealthy Holden family showered her with care, sparking spiteful claims she was a despicable grifter. Those lies died when a university president greeted her. "Professor, your lab's ready." A top CEO presented a folder. "Boss, our profits soared by 300% this year!" An international hacker organization came to her doorstep. "The financial market would crash without you!" Colton, a mysterious tycoon, pinned her softly. "Fun's over. Let's go make some babies." Grace's cheeks flared. "I didn't agree to that!" He slid a black card into her hand. "One island per baby."
Cast off to a remote village at birth, Lilah was exiled while the woman who destroyed her mother stepped into her father's life. Her half-sister tried to claim her inheritance and title. Being second best is practically in my DNA. My sister got the love, the attention, the spotlight. And now, even her damn fiancé. Technically, Rhys Granger was my fiancé now-billionaire, devastatingly hot, and a walking Wall Street wet dream. My parents shoved me into the engagement after Catherine disappeared, and honestly? I didn't mind. I'd crushed on Rhys for years. This was my chance, right? My turn to be the chosen one? Wrong. One night, he slapped me. Over a mug. A stupid, chipped, ugly mug my sister gave him years ago. That's when it hit me-he didn't love me. He didn't even see me. I was just a warm-bodied placeholder for the woman he actually wanted. And apparently, I wasn't even worth as much as a glorified coffee cup. So I slapped him right back, dumped his ass, and prepared for disaster-my parents losing their minds, Rhys throwing a billionaire tantrum, his terrifying family plotting my untimely demise. Obviously, I needed alcohol. A lot of alcohol. Enter him. Tall, dangerous, unfairly hot. The kind of man who makes you want to sin just by existing. I'd met him only once before, and that night, he just happened to be at the same bar as my drunk, self-pitying self. So I did the only logical thing: I dragged him into a hotel room and ripped off his clothes. It was reckless. It was stupid. It was completely ill-advised. But it was also: Best. Sex. Of. My. Life. And, as it turned out, the best decision I'd ever made. Because my one-night stand isn't just some random guy. He's richer than Rhys, more powerful than my entire family, and definitely more dangerous than I should be playing with. And now, he's not letting me go.
